Bess, if you want to send me your favorite I'll post it! That's a great project.
And ladies, if anyone wants to Polyvore any of the Wilfair people, I'm all for it. I'd be interested to see how the characters are seen by you. Just send me the link and I'll post your Polyvore.
BTW, I just went and looked at all of the polyvore posts, don't know how I missed the first one. It has THE DRESS. The black and white Grace Kelly dress from Rear Window that is, like, the defining piece of fashion in my life. I'm a little bit obsessed with it. So, thank you!
Snood! Yes. I'm glad that is the snood you see. I usually picture a snood that's slightly lower on the back of Fair's head and the strands of fabric or netting are thinner.
THAT DRESS. We are mutually obsessed. I love that whole film. Thelma Ritter, too, is one of my sassy movie idols.

A late-blooming hotel heiress must steal a pool from the handsome cousins who run the motel next door. Feelings are felt, adventures are had, and cheese dip is eaten.
Alysia adores California and she adores writing about it for NBC. She also likes writing about magical, made-up hotels, which she does in the Wilfair books. Fact: Alysia is a hotel girl who married a motel boy. Loves: cheese, fog, movies, and listing the things she loves.
I love chatting with readers. The heavy and helpful commentating of the fab Bess, Carly, and Erika cheered me during the early days of this blog. So here's their Official Widget of Thanks! (Oh, you might know Bess and her byoo-ti-ful photography from this post.)

I love commenting first! Woot! Okay, you know it is the small thrills in life for me.
Just wanted to say I couldn't find the right snood, hence the flowery fascinator-headband thingy.
I love the shoes. I live the entire thing but I want the shoes!!
The shoes! They're my favorite part. I'm wild about red shoes. They're always a statement.
I want to do more of these because it was very hard to choose.
I would welcome multiple character outfit posts!
Seconded, Erika, on the outfit posts. I once did a series of polyvore sets outfitting all of my favorite literary heroines and it was the most fun.
I covet that houndstooth jacket!

I want a Thurs Mathers outfit. But I am stylistically challenged. Who will do it for me?
