The Grand Budapest Hotel

Wes Anderson's new film set inside a fancy hotel? That definitely merits a Wilfair HQ post!

Do you have a favorite in the director's oeuvre? I still have to go with "Rushmore" or mayyyybe "Bottle Rocket" (which indeed contains a motel).

How 'bout you?

I'm a huge Wes Anderson fan,I go back and forth between Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums, I usually list them both as my favorite movie. Seeing Rushmore when it came out was a revelation for me, kind of a 'where has this movie been my whole life'? moment. I'm very excited for this new one!

Royal Tenenbaums 4-LYFE!

However, The Darjeeling Limited was another favorite. And I truly believe there is no sexier moment in all of cinema than Adrien Brody running to catch that train in the beginning.

Yeah. It was a bold statement and I just made it.

I have a weakness for very tall, very skinny men.

Bess: "Rushmore" kind of changed my life, too. And have I listened to the soundtrack 1,984 times? No. An even 2,000 is probably more accurate.

Rosemary: YES. The running scene in "Darjeeling" is tops. Also, RT 4-LYFE indeed! I was wearing a tennis band, actually a stretchy headband, but pretending it was a tennis band, around the house the other day and calling myself Luke Wilson.
